Welcome to my Reigate newborn photographer sessions, and congratulations on this exciting time! Instead of perfectly posed images, I specialise in capturing timeless, emotive moments full of tenderness and connections between you and your new baby. Take your time during the session, which typically lasts anywhere from an hour to three hours, allowing for feeds and nappy changes. Don’t worry; there’s always a cup of tea and a biscuit available. My minimalistic studio is a place of peace with neutral tones and textures – no props or babies in baskets with frilly hats. Just simple, beautiful images capturing your baby’s first few months in this world!

How old does my baby have to be for newborn photographs ?
The ideal time for newborn photographs is up to 14 days of age due to the fact they are very sleepy and still in the fetal curled shape. I still offer baby shoots in just the same way after this time but just be aware baby will be awake for a longer proportion of the shoot.
How far in advance should I book?
2-3 months if possible I normally pencil in a few dates around your due date so that we can be as flexible as possible as you know babies don’t always arrive on time!
How long does it take to get my images?
Approximate time frames are 2 weeks.
What do I wear?
I will send through a Pinterest board of outfit ideas and inspirations suitable for the shoot.
How long does the shoot last?
Sessions last from 2 to 3 hours – depending on the mood of the little ones!
What if my baby doesn't sleep?
Don’t worry alert images are just as lovely but I find most babies will sleep for at least part of the shoot.
what if my baby has milk spots and dry skin?
Don’t worry I touch up all images and will remove these unless you want to keep them in.
